Assistant Bid Manager – Widnes An opportunity has arisen to join a leading construction main contractor for an array of exciting new projects on a permanent basis. As the Assistant Bid Manager, you will be responsible in supporting the Bid Writer in developing proposal structure, drafting & reviewing content where necessary, working within the Bid team to produce written bid responses and presentation collateral in line with deadlines.
This position will include the following responsibilities:
Assist with producing tender submissions
Writing high quality proposal documents, including coordinating and writing content
Developing relationships with all stakeholders necessary, to complete an effective bid process.
Collation of best practice case studies from projects
Production of CV’s and bid document information
Co-ordination and engagement with site teams
Developing and forming relationships with internal and external teams
Weekly updates/communication with all stakeholders including Line Manager
Ensure all mandatory training is complete for job role, highlight any areas of development in correlation with department/business objectives.
Requirements:
Construction related degree
P22/Healthcare experience advantageous
Relevant driving licence
Proven capability in a similar position
