I have an exciting opportunity to join one of the most prestigious developers in Exeter. Working as a senior customer care coordinator you will report to head of department. You will deal with all daily customer service-related enquiries, via email and phone, logging and acting on defects. These could be existing or new defects! You will liaise with subcontractors, customers and site staff to rectify issues.
This role would be ideal for someone who has gained solid experience within the industry, specifically working for a developer in a customer service role, who now wants to progress, take on more responsibility and gain exposure in order to take a step up to a management role in the future.
As the Senior Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the CRM system and delegate for the manager when they are absent. The aim will be to deliver exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner, to resolve any matters of concern. At times decide if the reported defect is a defect. Monitor subcontractors performance and applications to work for the business.
This is a progressive role, where you will be given more responsibility as you learn and adapt to the role.
