Working for an exciting regional and development company based in Cornwall, I am keen to speak to candidates who have a proven background in Customer Service / Customer Care. This might be as a customer service manager or customer relationship manager
This is a unique role which will include all the usual duties of a customer care manager as well as taking the customer through their new home purchase journey. After the external agent reserves the plot, you will then work with the customer and external contacts, such as advisors and solicitors to chase the progress of the sale, right through to hand over and home demos, aftercare and defects. You will have a customer care administrator supporting and reporting into you.
There is a real opportunity to implement changes and new processes to a relatively newly formed department. Your ideas and suggestions will be listened to and put into place, giving you the freedom and autonomy to work how you would like.
