Working for a leading Construction firm based in modern offices on the outskirts of Exeter. To assist with project support for the local region and to work with new employees and site contractors.
As an Administrator your duties will involve:
Submit applications for sub-contractors
Co-ordinate emails for new employees
Managing Application forms for the company
Administration duties power point presentations, printing documents
Organise Hotel enquiries and meeting bookings
Conference & Train enquiries
Stationery orders for all the sites
Liaising with the project admin team regarding documents required
Ordering additional IT equipment for projects
Collate visitors form, Induction packs
If you are an experience Administrator seeking work and ideally have experience within construction or a similar background please get in touch!
Must has good IT skills, be a team player and have excellent communication skills!
