A Luxury Developer on the outskirts of Exeter are seeking an part-time Administrator to work within their busy Customer Care Department.
Working in modern offices close to the M5 and good transport links, your role will be very varied and covering administration, Customer care and PA duties.
Attending to visitors, arranging meeting rooms/Refreshments,
General office requirements, fire checks, Deliveries and organising post
Answering the telephone, taking messages and transferring calls
Supporting the customer service manager, managing the email inbox and responding to emails
using an inhouse system to log jobs/plots and update and print reports on
Taking notes in meetings occasionally
Ordering and Housing goods, such as tiles, shower equipment trays etc
Liaising with customers to arrange for customer care appointments
Experience working within Housing or a similar environment would be desirable but must have excellent communicator skills, good IT skills and able to multi-task.
