Office Administrator Torquay Permanent £22k - £24k DOE
A local leading Contractor based in Torquay are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to provide operation support to the business.
Working and supporting a busy team with the following:
Processing payroll /undertaking payroll duties
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labour laws.
Financial Record Keeping and bank statements / reconcile
Maintain accurate financial records and document transactions.
Assist in financial reporting and data analysis
Scheduling duties and general administration to the office Manage office supplies and equipment. Organising compliance and police for payroll and finance
Co-ordinate and organiser training
Co-ordinate and organize training and funding applications
Social media and marketing duties for the office
Qualifications required:
Experience as an office administrator working within maintenance/Construction but not essential
From an Accounts background would be an advantage
Strong organisational and time management skills,
Can work to deadlines and multi-task and be a good problem solver
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
