An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join a leading Constrcution company in Bedford, the role will be Supporting the Project Manager with all Administration support on a permanent contract.
This position will include the following responsibilities:
Coordinate diaries, meetings rooms and take minutes in meetings
processing and organising O&A Manuals
General Administration duties order stationary and office facilities
Liaise with subcontractors and the site team to provide support and assistance
Assisting with projects and programs
Creating reports and documentation
Using an inhouse system
Experience working within Construction would be an advantage but not essential, the ideal candidate will have good administration skills and will be proactive and organised.
Candidates must have good IT skills, be professional and an excellent communicator.
