A great opportunity to work for a well-established company based in Newton Abbot. Seeking a self-motivated, organised Administrator to join their support team.
As an Administrator your duties will include:
Sending out correspondence and updating systems
PA duties to include arranging travel, meetings, Travel etc
Organising any office events, lunches and refreshment
Assist with preparation for Public Exhibitions
Keeping track of holidays/Calenders
Taking minutes in meetings
Handling drawing sheets and setting up applications
Booking in Vehicles and updating MOTs etc
Assisting with Leaflets and marketing materials
Putting together information packs
Working within the Director and supporting the team with Administration
The idea candidate will have a background working within Administration and support roles, ideally working within Construction. Must be an excellent organiser, can work under pressure and use their own initiative.
