As part of this amazing growing development in Exeter, you will be working a part of an amazing new office complex, offering fantastic facilities working as part of the office services team.
We are looking for a competent, confident and dynamic Receptionist to manage the following:
The first point of contact for all visitors and ensured they are greeted professionally
managing the companies email inbox and assisting with enquires
Stock takes for all areas of the business done daily
Ensure all meeting rooms are fully stocked and organised
Attend weekly estate meetings
Perform a monthly audit and managing and organising and Maintenance/Cleaning issues
Taking in deliveries and parcels and distributing post to tenants
Keeping the reception area tidy
Carry out weekly fire alarm and emergency light testing
Attending to daily check on communal areas - W/Cs & serviced office kitchens
The right person will be:
Experience within a similar role
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
The ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentially, and to handle situations with tact and professionalism.
Has a friendly nature, is reliable and dedicated to doing the best job possible.
A team player who is willing to ‘get stuck in.
