Job Details

Helpdesk Assistant
Henbury Bristol
Start Jan 2022 6 months contract 

Reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor and working out of a site in Henbury on a 6 month contract. Hours of work our 37.5 per a week.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing/operating a busy switchboard 
  • Issue work sheets to the site teams and monitor each task through to completion.
  • Provide administration support to the projects and the team
  • Produce reports and using an inhouse database
  • Be the first point of contract for all customers 

you will need and be :
  • positive flexible and eager to learn
  • Prior Helpdesk experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and use of Microsoft office
  • Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential
  • Will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check
