Administrator required to work from home in a supporting Finance capacity for a leading Facilities company. General duties will include raising invoices, generating reports, chasing age debtors and using an inhouse database.
This position is working 9.00am - 5.00pm working Monday - Friday but must be flexible with this. The right candidate must have their own work space and IT system. Remote access to the database provided.
The right person would need excellent administration skills, some experience of SAP, experience of AR and AP finance transactions. Comfortable communicated internally and externally utilising email, telephone and video conference tools. Good excel skills.
The role is fully remote, and communication and training will be completed via Teams.
The individual will be asked to update the team on their progress daily in writing, and to present a weekly update on Teams summarising progress per week.
4 week position with option for the contract to be extended longer (January 2021 start)
