I am recruiting for a brand new role of, general secretary for a construction business. This is a new position due to expansion. Joining a relaxed and friendly team this will be a support based role across the business, including and not limited to the follow:
General Administrative tasks
Reception duties - Greeting customers, answering the phone and monitoring emails, responding to enquiries via email and phone
Diary management
PA duties supporting directors and other staff members
Minute taking in weekly and monthly meetings and typing up notes
Experience and attributes needed:
It will be essential to have construction related experience in a similar or PA role
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent IT skills and a confident user of IT packages and systems
Accurate typing skills and spelling
Organised and motivated
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Well presented as you will be customer facing on reception at time
You will need transport due to the location of this role which is easily commutable in a vehicle from any of the following locations - Exeter, Cullompton or Tiverton
Salary range from £18,000 - £25,000 PA DOE, plus holiday and pension
