Seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their highly successful and experienced team, this well known regional contractor has gained an enviable reputation for quality. They enjoy high levels of repeat business and boast an impressive project portfolio across a spectrum of sectors including education, commercial, retail & industrial.
Working on projects with values from £1m to £8m and reporting into an experienced Site Manager who will mentor your development, you will be responsible assisting the site set up, tool box talks, monitoring sub-contractors and reporting on progress, ensuring high standards of Health & Safety, producing risk assessments and method statements and ensuring deadlines are met.
With a natural desire learn and progress, you should have:
• previous site based supervisory experience with a recognised contractor
• knowledge of trades and construction methods
• a relevant construction related qualification ideally at min HNC level.
• CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS are required.
With sound communication skills, you should be organised, reliable, fully IT literate and keen to take your career to the next level.
