Project Architect, Oxford - £35k-£45k + DOE

Opportunity for a Project Architect to join an award winning multi disciplinary working in all aspects of design in the built environment .

The Consultancy is an award winning multi disciplinary with 3 offices across the UK, has been established for 34 years and is in the UK’s top 100 multi-disciplinary companies. As Project Architect, you will be responsible for architectural design; co-ordination of Design Team & contract administration for assigned projects; appointed commercial activities; and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery
• Liaising Clients to understand their business goals
• Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
• Managing planning applications, and building regulations
• Solving any issues that may arise
• Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
• Assist on planning applications and appeals
• Visit site for inspections
• Assist in business development

• Qualified recognised RIBA ARB Architectural degree
• Proficient in Revit is essential and CAD /BIM including 3D graphics
• Job running and team running experience
• Ideally sector experience of Healthcare, Residential and Education is preferred
