A leading consultancy are looking or a part-time Administrator to join their team working out of thier Quedgeley office.
Supporting the Office Manager with a range of Administration tasks and support for the team.
Responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an office environment and be able to work well within a team but equally be responsible and reliable to work on their own.
You will need to be able to prioritise your workload, have an excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills and support the Office Manager with a variety of administrative duties including, but not limited to;
- meeting and greeting clients to the office
- preparing and typing reports
- generating invoices and fee proposals
- taking phone calls and messages
- Assisting engineers with administrations
- organising any events .
- Creating project files and filing
Office experience is essential a long with a good telephone manor and good communication skills.
Experience working within Administration with good IT skills and ideally be familiar with social media platforms to help promote the business
The part time role is for 2 days each week, 8:30am – 1pm & 1.45pm – 5pm, mainly Monday and Tuesday will be some Additional hours would be available/as required to provide holiday cover.
Annual holiday allowance will be based on 25 days a year + bank holidays, both Pro-Rata.
Salary will be based on a competitive hourly rate.
