This thriving company are working on a new build high end project seeking a Support Administrator to undertake the following duties:
Procurement duties, coordination of subcontractors
Preparing subcontract applications and clarifying requirements
Liaising with Suppliers and managing material and plant orders
Preparing reports and general support Administration
Producing H&S Files and distributing handover packs/Information
Liaising with Building control and Site inspection documents
What you need:
Experience/background within Housebuilders
Excellent communication skills, self motivated and proactive
Good IT skills and can use Microsoft packages as well as pick up new systems
Commercial awareness ideally have a background within Construction/Housing
