A brand-new role has become available for an efficient and experienced site manager for a scheme situated near Newton Abbot.
Running a small bespoke development of circa 20 units. This is a new site which is due to start soon.
You will need to be a self sufficient and capable site manager, able to comfortably deliver sites ranging from 20 - 50 units (as other sites will be bigger)
It will be essential to have a proven background in delivering new build housing sites. You will be accustomed to writing and controlling your own build programme, managing and advising trades of whats expected on a weekly basis. Strong communication skills and good IT skills.

Salary & Package negotiable and in the region of £48k-55K PA + package depending on experience and suitability.
