We are working with a fantastic Supported Housing provider in Bath who are looking for someone to join their Young Persons team, with the role offering free parking!
The position as a Young Persons Support Worker is on a fixed-term contract basis, and works with Young People who have experienced homelessness.
Responsibilities would include:
- Working with young people to manage and maintain their tenancies and prepare them for their future
- To identify opportunities for young people to move into independent housing
- To work in partnership with your team to identify and manage safeguarding cases and take the relevant supportive action
The ideal person would have excellent communication skills and be comfortable to take part in challenging conversations. Good administrative skills are desirable.
