Customer Service Technican
One of the region's most trusted Residential Developers with a strong pipeline of devon-based developments is looking to expand their team.
To provide excellent customer service to their customers, they are in need of a skilled Customer Service Technician to provide maintenance and repairs services in a timely and safe manner.
A trade background (preferably with experience of carpentry, decoration and general maintenance) and experience of undertaking a similar role involving working to high quality standards whilst providing great customer service is essential.
Whilst you'll be reporting into a Customer Service Manager, there will be extended periods of working alone and therefore you should have the ability to manage your own time, think independently and react to changing situations.
You'll need excellent communication skills required as you will be liaising with customers, site teams and the head office to ensure everyone is kept informed and you'll also need to maintain accurate records of completed work and ensure all works are undertaken safely at all times.
Driving is essential as you'll be covering various areas, therefore you must hold a full driving licence as this full time position comes with a company van.
In addition, a salary commensurate with experience, a pension and 25 days annual leave are on offer.
