An opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join a well established and reputable Fire Stopping company on a permanent basis. This company provide a range of Fire Protection services to a range of clients. This position will be office based, full time, Monday to Friday. The purpose of the role will be primarily focused on tender administration and reviewing/proofreading bids to ensure a quality submission.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinating administrative activity
Managing online portals
Manage communications with client including pre-qualification questionnaires
Support with the bid process from initial contact to submission
Collate requested information to support the Bid Team
Skills:
Confident coordinator
High levels of attention to detail
Advanced level MS Office skills (particularly MS Word)
Articulate and have an excellent grasp of written English
UK Driving Licence
