Duties will include
Raising Contract Orders
Manage documents and general Administration for the servicing team
Raising Contract Orders
Answer telephone calls in a professional manner, taking messages,
Organise inductions for all new starters; liaising with IT and other departments
To meet and greet clients and visitors
Producing O&M Manuals
Creating and updating site files
Producing minutes, correspondence and communications
Diary Management
Supporting the office with general office duties
This is a office based role, you will be a team player, with attention to detail and self-motivation to complete tasks to deadlines. Applicants should have:
Previous administration experience ideally within an engineering or construction environment
Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills, organised and adaptable to undertake a variety of tasks
