This is a key position within the team to coordinate the associated works required to ensure properties are maintained, ready to let and support tenants with their move. Duties will include:
Coordinating property works with tenants and contractors
Coordinate and manage the letting process
Effectively communicate with prospective and existing tenants
Produce and maintain accurate tenancy records
Monitoring and managing the repairs/voids process
The person sought will be an organised and professional individual who is able to communicate well at all levels and build excellent relationships. Requirements for the position:
Previous experience in a Housing or Lettings role
Ideally a HNC level qualification in a building or housing related subject
Excellent administration and organisation skills
Fully IT literate with working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
A driving licence and the ability to obtain a DBS is required
