A privately owned, local contracting business with a varied project portfolio and a brimming pipeline of works about to commence is seeking a Site Manager for a short term academic refurbishment.
The scheme, which will involve the timely delivery of new flooring, doors and redecoration works, commences mid July and will run for 6-8 weeks.
You will need to be an experienced Site Manager, ideally with previous educational experience. Adept at running your own projects, and managing both sub-contract and direct trades, you should be well versed in high quality standards, Health & Safety and delivering projects to programme and budget constraints.
Due to the need for these works to be complete by early/mid september, there may be some weekend/evening working.
In addition to previous experience, SMSTS, CSCS Card and First aid at work are essential for this role.
